<br/><br/> The official minutes of the Council's Student Affairs Standing Committee which are signed as confirmed by the chairman of the Committee.  The Student Affairs Standing Committee formed in May 1977 and first reported to Council in that month.  The function of the Committee is as follows: to consider matters referred by Council or the Director concerning the administration of the Health Centre; bursaries; overseeing Student Association finances and rules; encouraging participation by students in appropriate Institute administration/activites; to co-ordinate all matters concerning student welfare, health, recreation, accomodation and counselling.
