<br/><br/> Report of a visit to investigate biochemical education and biochemical industries in the United Kingdom and Europe. Included visits to 13 polytechnics or administrative bodies and 18 visits to industries.  A report on a visit funded by the Sir Reginald Savory Scholarship.  The scholarship is awarded by the Auckland Chamber of Commerce to students or staff to gain futher knowledge and experience overseas. It was named in honour of Sir Regional Savory in recognition of his services to the Institute. (Albert Alcock was the first recipient of the scholarship.)
