One photo from the SMTC Reunion Feb. 2002 and seven other photos from Peter Gilderdale and The book, The Roll of Honour.
The Roll of Honour commemorates men who served in the two world wars. These men all had one thing in common - a connection with Seddon Memorial Technical College - now AUT University.n.
The book had its origins in the renovations that, in 1998, were made to the oriiginal Seddon Tech. building, B Block. As part of these renovations, the SedSeddon Tech. Honours Boards were removed. Theseboards had become battered over the years, but AUT did not want to lose this part of its history, and felt that a memorial book would be an appropriate way of honouring those whose names originally appeared on the boards.
At all events, and irrespective of the history, this book represents the type of calligraphic project that does not come along often.
