The minutes of the fortnightly meetings of the Executive Board. (The Board was previously called the Executive to the Administration Board.)

The Board's terms of reference are.

a) To advise the President in his responsibilities.

b) To oversee corporate level strategic planning.

The members of the Board are: the Institute President, General Manager, the 3 Directors, the 3 Associate Directors, and the 5 Faculty Deans.
