Impressions of M̄aori life and custom, Wellington, Porirua, Cloudy Bay, Auckland and Bay of Islands, but highlight is Waikato journey to Kawhia and thence overland via Marokopa, Mokau, Waipa to Taupo and Te Rapa, Tongariro, returning via lower Waikato to Auckland.
