The confirmed minutes of the Council's Planning and Works Standing Committee which are signed by the chairman of the committee. The first meeting of the committee was held in May 1977. The function of the committee was as follows. 1. To consider all plans, studies and submissions affecting the physcial development of the Institute. 2. To oversee the implementation of building programmes on behalf of the Council. 3.
